Congratulations to the gymnasts who competed in the London GfA Regional Floor & Vault Competition on Saturday 29th and Sunday 30th March.

I was very proud of their gymnastics and even more proud of those gymnasts who had disappointments and still managed to smile and congratulate the winners. Life doesn’t always go your way and to practise ‘holding it together’ will build up your resilience for the future. Even the best gymnasts in the world don’t always win and it can make you even more determined to work hard and win the next time. 

Thank you to the parents for your support and ensuring that your gymnast said thank you to the hard working coaches on the day! Mae, Amy, Jess and Lottie – you were amazing at coaching for the long days and keeping the gymnasts happy and entertained during the competition.
